She started to obtain the necessary information and then you advised you did not have a driver's license. We explained you are unable to obtain a policy without a valid license at which point you attempted to argue with my staff. Thank you.

I am in the "moving rat race" right now and Monty has been great answering my questions, changing the address, setting up a new rental insurance, filing a claim for me . I have had my H.O. and auto insurance policies with Homewood Insurance Agency for 15+ years. Monty has been our insurance agent for 20-plus years now, through several different carriers, houses, and cars, always providing excellent service. Most recently he re-quoted all of our policies, as our oldest child was obtaining his drivers license. Instead of going up by (many) hundreds of dollars, as was projected, we actually broke even by moving to a new company with a new package.
Monty and his team are great to work with. They are super responsive through email or phone. Insurance coverage is usually the last thing on my mind until I need some urgent documents or when we had a car accident they walked is through the process and were very helpful.
